To Glitter or Not to Glitter? POP the Question

Each colored glitter is packaged individually in a vial with an applicator wand. Though the wand may not be the easiest application tool to use, you will still find that it’s simple to work with these beautiful colors. For example, try mixing some into your favorite body cream, sprinkling some onto freshly painted nails, or adding them into your eye look.
