I have always found it fascinating how men view beauty. It is not always the same. Men have different concepts of beauty. For instance I have always considered Princess Diana a very attractive woman, but there are many who think I am crazy, and do not agree.
Last year my best friend, (who actually is twenty years my junior), talked me into listing, my top ten most beautiful women. This was for us, great fun and led to some very interesting speculations. We then decided to poll a few other male friends, and things really got interesting.
I have now (for the sake of DivineCaroline’s romantics), decided to make my list public and let the readers of DivineCaroline decide just how good my taste is. Most of the women on my list are in the field of acting. I will not list them in order of who is more beautiful. After all, beauty is quite relative after a certain point. There is no special order. The ladies I introduce are the ones that I feel are the most attractive. Each has a certain quality that makes them incredible. Let’s see how I do!
1. Halle Berry
Halle Berry is the poster child for the beautiful black woman. She is a perfect example of what makes black women so beautiful. I think her role as the X-Men’s “Storm” is very appropriate. Storm is a fictional X-Men character. Storm is actually an African princess who has the power to control nature. When I look at Halle, that is what I see. A Nubian queen! I could sit for hours and look at her face. What a lovely woman. She has a figure that would rival that of any of the top fashion models. At least that’s my opinion! On a scale of one to ten, she is a solid ten. I have never spoken to any man who disagrees, and that includes men of almost every nationality.
2. Jennifer Garner
I first saw Jennifer in the role of Electra on the movie Daredevil. WOW! However, I think her beauty really comes out in the movie 13 Going on 30. Jennifer has very unique features that make her incredibly attractive. She has incredible sex appeal and a great smile. Her physique is outstanding. I like to think of her as, “The Best of the Mid-West.” You don’t get to much better than Jennifer Garner!
3. Ashley Judd
The first thing I see, when I enter my room after a hard days work, are two photos of Ashley. I guess I must be pretty impressed with her. If Jennifer is the best of the mid-west, then Ashley is the best of the south. A Southern belle if I ever saw one! It’s not just that she is beautiful. When I look for beauty I like something that is very unique. That is what Ashley has. A unique beauty that is difficult to duplicate. I have never seen a woman that looks her. She is simply gorgeous. Her Mom’s great southern recipes have done wonders for Ashley. Fantastic body! She is also a wonderful person.
4. Diana Rigg
Many may not remember this fine British actress, star of the popular TV series The Avengers. I wrote of her in a previous article. What an elegant lady. She stole my heart at very young age. We were all in love with her. I have a nice photo of her, which by the way is right next to a photo of Ashley. I have been incredibly attracted to British women as far back as I can remember. One look at a young Diana Rigg explains why. She not only possessed astonishing beauty and fine proportions, but a high degree of class, which made her quite special. I have always considered her one of the finest dressed actresses to grace the screen.
5. Helen Slater
The new love of my life! I first saw Helen in 1984 when she starred in Supergirl, and then later in Lassie. I remember her in City Slickers. I didn’t think about her too much. Then two weeks ago, she made two appearances on the television show Smallville and I could not believe how pretty this lady has become. I think if our Lord gave me three immediate answers to prayer, one would be to have a lunch date with Helen. She is a Jewish Princess! I find her very attractive. I know she has performed on Broadway. Helen please come back to Broadway. It is only an hour drive from my doorstep. Ticket price no problem. I have a piggy bank I can open. Helen has great talent. I love her eyes.
