The most fun time with my kids is picnicking at the park: cool shade, good food, and plenty of fun things to do. The kids especially like feeding the ducks and geese the leftovers. The fowl are not afraid of people and will eat out of our hands. Sometimes the squirrels will attend the free handouts. Kids and nature go together.
