You Never Said “I Love You!”

For ten years, I’ve been waiting
To hear these words which are exciting
Having doubt on your feeling
If you really true and sincere.
You never said I love you
But I know you do
Your actions speak louder
And I feel you love me too.
For long years we’re been living
You remain to be faithful
You never had another woman
This made me happy and grateful.
I’m not asking for more
To the relationship we’re having
We have an understanding
With a mutual feeling.
A big surprise came one day
I jumped and yell for joy
Finally you said to me
“I love you ... will you marry me?”
I kiss you and hug you tightly
My eyes were in tears of joy
“Yes ... yes,” I answered
You said ... “I love you,” once more
What a wonderful feeling I had
My heart was filled with happiness
The silent love you gave me
Now you told me tenderly.
