I am married and my husband hasn’t paid for any of the bills since June 2010. I went to court building to see if they could help me with just putting him out, but they told me that I could not because he is still my husband. My husband only comes home one day on the weekend to wash his cloths, sleep, and eat if there is something for him to eat. He won’t give me any money. I only want him to help with the bills and pay half of the mortgage, but he won’t. I have tried to see if we can resolve any issues he is having but he continues to play games. Living in Pennsylvania, not much is being done to help the female. When my husband comes home at night I lock my bedroom door. My life is beginning to be like the movie War of the Roses. In the meantime, our son, who is three years old, will be coming back home and will see such poor behaviors from each parent. I try not to say anything to him for fear of him having an outburst of screaming and cursing in front of our child. Also the home is in only my name. I feel the only way to get rid of this problem is that I am being forced to lose my home by not paying the mortgage. I do not know what else to do. Can you please advise me?
