Teachings That Come from Two
Relationships teach us something, regardless of their outcomes. Is there one connection that taught me more than any other? I am amazed to see this question in front of my eyes tonight when just today I have come to peace with myself and my heart over the situation that happened long time ago that gradually changed me, changed my heart, and revealed my true self to me. It is all about endurance, isn’t it? It is all about grace, about holding on to the part of yourself that is unchangeable, not negotiable, your integrity, standing up at your own boundaries and protecting your heart, the heart that is broken, that is aching, that is yearning. Let her come first before anything else, before the man you are in love with and can’t have because he is with someone else. Surrender to the part of you that loves you, accepts you, and cherishes you more than anything else. Knowing that you just have found your true self is the biggest gift you can give yourself and to the world. In my opinion, even in the worst situation, the better situation is just underneath the surface so we just have to hang on strong and know we will see the sunshine sooner or later, it will happen. I promise.
