For both our babies, we still use Vicks - we put it on their feet and then put socks on. It works great!

For those who's sinuses get clogged: put a dab of Vick's Vapor Rub on a tissue and enclose in a sealable vitamin jar and put in your purse. If your sinuses are clogged, open the cap and breathe in the vapors. Instant relief!

My mom always put Vicks on us, but I have never tried it on my kids.

My grandma always told us we had to drink lots of fluid to flush out all of the bad stuff in our noses. She also rubbed Vicks on our chests and that helped a lot. I still do both of those things for my children and think of my grandma everytime I smell Vicks.

I make homemade chicken noodle soup and lay with them all day, making them the center of attention. We watch cartoons and do whatever they want or feel up to doing.
