I was listening to the great David Neagle yesterday and he spoke about freedom. He said that we never really have freedom until we can live our life with the ability to manifest whatever money we need, whenever we need it. I completely agree and as I often do I started comparing this to weight.
Here in America it is said we have freedom and independence. People come here to live the American dream, yet over 90 percent of women admitted they don’t like their bodies. How is this freedom? I believe we need to stand up and find independence in our own bodies.
The truth is it might take a little bit of time to change your shape, however you can change your mind in an instant. As soon as you change your thinking, you can claim freedom. Freedom from negative thoughts, negative patterns and negative relationships with food, exercise and your body. And then guess what . . . stepping into your ideal body is a hell of a lot easier.
I believe in change and I believe in miracles. This means that weight loss to me can happen in the most unexpected ways. I don’t care if science says you have to eat and move a certain amount because I tried living that way and it didn’t work. The less I ate and the more I moved the bigger I got, the less I moved and more I ate, the smaller I got. I now live in complete and utter freedom in my body. I don’t worry about what I eat, I don’t worry if I feel like skipping a workout and I always maintain my weight. I challenge myself by stepping into my greatness not by counting how many miles I can run.
