Dance the Weight Off

I have found that the absolute most beautiful way to move your body is dance. Doesn’t matter if you are taking professional dance or just dancing around your room, there are several benefits of dance and I am going to name ten.

  1. Makes you sweat
  2. Feels good
  3. Gets you out of your head
  4. Gives you energy
  5. Makes you smile (and laugh in my case)
  6. Allows the mind and body to connect
  7. Practices letting go
  8. Brings you back to being a kid again
  9. Removes any fear, doubt, or lack in that moment
  10. Expresses femininity

So there are just ten reasons why dance is so fabulous and here is a bonus one:

Women who dance connect with their femininity which allows the body to heal on the soul level. If you are looking to lose weight, I highly recommend dancing your butt off.
