It’s a new year and I’m ready to run … and kick box, cycle, and weight lift, too. But I’m worthless without a good playlist to motivate me. Right now, I’ve got Rhianna, the Scissor Sisters, DJ Medhi, U2, and—as much as I hate to admit it—Britney Spears kicking my butt every morning.
