For our fifth class we had to bring in one or two pound weights or could have used two water bottles to do a workout for our arms. I had one pound weights which I gave to my sister and I bought two pound weights for me to use instead of using the water bottles. I need them to drink from so I got weights.
The weight doesn’t seem like much when you first start out but after a few sets of thirty reps ... they feel like ten pounders doing three hundred reps. Women need arm exercises. I don’t know why women build up flab in their arms when they are used all the time ... you would think it’s the least likely place for flab to gather. My flab fest is no different. I personally do not wear a sleeveless shirt without something over it. I don’t need to advertise my flab nor do I feel the need to applaud myself when I walk. I think most women shouldn’t. I think you look heavier because your arms look huge especially when you’re wearing the wrong bra. It’s essential for a bra to fit and fit well. Does anyone really want boobs in the back too?
Arm work was a new and needed change. It cut down on the leg work. I wasn’t as sore as I thought I would be and I welcomed the arm work out. After five classes I have noticed a difference. My thighs look firmer, I have an indent on my sides, and I am standing taller without back pain.
Now with working on my arms making them firmer—I will applaud you with my hands and not with my upper arms for all of you joining me to feel better, get healthy, and be so much less jiggly.
