Healthy eating is very much each person’s interpretation. For some, eating healthy means eating traditional meals with family and friends which promotes love, happiness, and togetherness. Some believe healthy eating is a specific set of rules which should always be followed in order to promote health and wellness in an individual. Whatever your interpretation of “healthy eating” may be, it is definitely something to give thought to.
