Coffee with no cream or sugar? A bagel with no butter, cream cheese, or any flavoring? NO THANK YOU! I have taste buds, thank you very much. You could at least suggest sugar-free creamer and Splenda for the coffee and no-fat spray butter for the bagel. You're pretty much setting up the dieter for failure suggesting they cut out anything with flavor. This would eventually lead to a binge because they would feel like they had been seriously deprived!
