What Bad Foods Would You Change into Good Foods?

I love cake. I think about it all the time and will go anywhere it might be—even to birthday parties where I don’t like or even know the person. I am actually eating cake as I write this (I’m not joking). But cake is so bad for me and so are many other things I enjoy like pizza, ice cream, donuts … bacon. I have often wished that I could choose some bad foods that would magically be good for me, or at the very least, not horribly bad for me. If you could turn five bad foods into good-for-you foods, what would you choose?
