I’m bringing forth a story. A story of a man who is beginning to look at his body and say, “What have I been eating to make me look this way?” I’m trying to establish an eating plan that will get me eating healthy but also help me and my family eat smarter. I mean I know I have let my exercise routines fly out the window since my days of high school sports have been behind me know for sometime. I haven’t been as mobile as I should be. I started a workout plan, but I’ve noticed that I’m back to what I was eating before I started the plan and not making any progress by not going to the gym. I noticed this trend has always been with me, but not this bad. If anyone has any tips to eating healthier, please forward your messages. I would love to hear stories as well, like success stories.
