Destressing

I work in a fairly high stress job dealing with the public all day, which can become very stressful, that is when I come home and jump on my softail deluxe Harley™ cycle I bought last year. I grew up on a farm and always had a dirt motorcycle and always kept my license current. After years of dealing with a rough relationship, I finally met a man that had the same interests I had—one of them was cycling.

Two years ago, we went to Daytona, being my first time there, I realized that was something I always loved but never picked it up again, because of my past insecure man in my life. When we came home, I told my spouse I wanted to start riding again {riding my own}, he has 3 bikes, I took the older one. He followed me for 10 minutes and it came back like riding a bicycle. Last year decided it was time to get the bike of my dreams. At 50 years of age, I feel like I am twenty again—the confidence I have is amazing.

Riding can be so liberating. I'm glad to hear that you have the confidence to do whatever makes you smile and destressed.
It feels good to write.
