At a particular point in life, mostly childhood we aspire to be great at something and it is possible. If American President Reagan rose from radio announcer and the great King Shaka rose from an alienated son to be a great African leader, what about us?
We may be little known reporters, poets, musicians or inventors but that is not the limit, for every being is but fluid in the womb but develops and then is born. That is a great sign that we emerge from nothingness to something. Imagine a world in which we worship Jesus our mighty King—yet he emerged from a cow shed or mange—or imagine you were Sting, famed for his great music, formerly a ditch digger and English teacher raising to fame and capturing the world’s attention.
Watching Michael Jackson’s This Is It gives an inspiration that even if you are fifty, there is still the touch of what makes you great. All we need to do is discover ourselves and uncover our expertise to the world, then greatness is ours.
