My dad was blown up by an air compressor when he was fifteen years old. After blowing off his leg and splitting his face in half, he was pronounced dead. But yet, he lives, walking and with sight today, happily married with six children, two children in-law and four grandchildren.
My grandfather (300+ pounds) was hit by a drunk driver who ran a red light, which rolled his van over driver’s side down. He was pulled out by only one lady who was nowhere in sight when help arrived, with not a scratch on him.
My sister went to the hospital with her right side numb, only to find out she had lesions on her spine and her immune system was attacking her body. Then found out she was pregnant; the doctors told her to prevent major problems she should abort the baby. She refused; she now has two wonderful healthy children and is perfectly fine.
A young lady in my church had an ovarian cyst for several months. By the time they got her to the CAT scan, it was nowhere to be found.
Those are only personal samples ...
Every day you wake up
Every time you make it to your destination while traveling
Every time a child is born
Every time something bad happened but you made it through
Every person who survived the 9/11 attack
Every time a person is healed from a terminally illness
Every child that is pulled from his/her family because of abuse and finds a loving family
Every tree that grows and flower that blooms
YES I WOULD SAY THERE IS A GOD!
“However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.” Act 20:4 NIV
