A Place Called Transition

First I want to take a look at the word Transition. The dictionary gives this meaning “Passage from one form, state, style, or place to another.  As we age, we find that coping with life’s many transitions often gets harder and harder. I have watched the Transition of my body as I age. Things do not look the same, some parts are not where they use to be, it is harder getting out of a chair, diet change, lifestyle change. The transition passage for the elderly is different from that of a young person. As I look at Transition in another aspect transition through life’s pitfalls, trails, valleys, whatever you may call them. Spiritually the transition has brought me; taught me to lean on JESUS who is the only one that can walk with us as we Transition from one form or another. There are places we have to go alone, know family, friends or others can go but JESUS; He has told us that he will never leave us or forsake us that he will go with us into the places our family, friends or others can’t go. When you get to a place called Transition Jesus is there, just call his name.
