In a romantic gesture to end all romantic gestures, a man in China named Xiao Fan had a dress made out of 9,999 roses for his girlfriend, and then proposed to her on Valentine’s Day while she was wearing it. The gown has a five-foot train and no doubt smells fantastic. Fortunately for Mr. Fan, his valentine said yes—we suspect she knew something was up when he asked her to step into this incredible creation for a trip to the local amusement park.
