dang, sounds like Mr Jones either missed his meds or his starbucks fix. actually, a few people, too. lol. There's the matter of "intent" in the law that determines the legality of the medium. The ongoing recession that shrank the value of our money so devastatingly was caused by the last presidency and party in power. That cash used is probably cheaper than any other medium that will have as much impact on the viewer. I think their all beautiful and wouldn't be surprised if there are people at the treasury who would want to even commission this kind of work.
