It's a great comfort to know that my parents and sister would have my back completely if this nightmare scenario were to play out -- I know I could go to them immediately and they'd help me restart while they help me take care of my basic needs.

I know I would be ok with the love and support of my family.
If I woke up and had no shelter or belongings I would probably first turn to my parents for a place to stay and then I would try to find any job I could.

I would do whatever it took, from begging for work to bartering to asking family for help and more. When you have a family pride and dignity sometimes have to go out the window and you just do what you have to- get up at 5 to try to get hired on as day labor or anything else.
