When I come home from work. I would change my clothes into some more comfortable. I will cook or buy, order some take-out food. I will watch something on T.V. like a movie. I would call some of my friends and family. I will take a nice hot bath. I will put on my night gown. I will get into the bed and call it a night.

I walk, as much as I can. It's meditation for my mind and relaxation for my soul. I also like to read, sitting in a quiet room with my husband, drinking tea and reading is priceless.
I love to sit back and take a deep breath, then reflect on positive things. I try to exercise a few times a week or walk on the treadmill and that makes for a better night of sleep. I play online solo games and unwind with word finds. Also, enjoy listening to music.

I love to read and lately I started knitting and I find that knitting takes me to such a comfort zone..a place where the knitting and I become just one...it is totally relaxing
I'm a quilter, and I stitch to relax. There's something positively meditative about hand applique or hand quilting -- it shuts down a noisy part of the brain. Crochet has the same effect. All are very soothing.

I have a a room, where I go. There's no phone, or tv. Laying on the carpet, with pillows to make it a bit comfortable. Then I put my ipod to my ears, and listen to "Praise & Worship songs, which helps bring me into the presence of the Holy Spirit. .
