I finally got a cell phone but I’m not used to it yet. I never answer calls and never have it when I need one, which is the only reason I decided to get a cell phone in the first place. Numerous complaints from my friends and family finally prompted me to put this message on my cell:
“Hi, I can’t answer the phone for one of three reasons: I forgot to take it with me, I remembered to take it with me and forgot to turn it on, or I forgot what I did with it. At any rate, leave me a message and when I figure it out, I’ll get back to you.”
