Stack Up Cups

Don’t let the simplicity of The First Years Stack Up Cups fool you—your child will love them. And for $2.99, it’s the best deal going. The set includes eight numbered, stackable cups of bright colors that fit inside one another. At the bottom of each cup is a number with small holes that correspond. So cup number 2 has two small holes at opposite sides of the bottom of the cup. The cups can be stacked inside one another to make one cup, or they will stack upside down to make a tower.

Basically, this is a great travel toy that can easily fit inside your purse or diaper bag, and pulled out when needed. Babies delight in the colors and teethe on the sturdy plastic sides. Older children learn about colors, numbers, size, volume and building. It’s a great toy for the bath too; so when visiting grandma, you’ll have a toy that entertains for a great while. Many moms love this toy because young babies at 6 months learning to grasp, will reach for them, chew them, put things inside and out and typically bang them together. As they age, they discover new purposes. At age 3, a child may recognize the numbers and certainly see the number of holes and delight as the water or sand runs through them.

Finally, these dishwasher-safe cups also make terrific snack cups! You really can’t find a better buy for $2.99.
