Santa Fe New Mexico is one of my favorite places on earth, and while I am there I never pass up the opportunity to do two things: go to the opera and put as much chile on everything as I can find. New Mexico chile comes in two types, red and green, and I love them both. Green for breakfast, red for dinner. You might say I am chile obsessed, and I miss it during the rest of the year. This summer I happened upon the Chile Shop and came across Bowl of Red. It's very easy and tasty, and mild enough that even my spicy averse guy (hey, you can't have everything) is a fan.
