Once upon a time people had to get out of their houses in order to do things. Like go to the supermarket, or buy a car, or even get a loan. Today people only have to lift a finger and type a few words on the computer and BAM instant anything.
Even twenty years ago people had go out in order to talk to people but now you have Facebook and Myspace and Twitter. What happened to life? What happened to adventure? Yes, I admit I use some if not all of these things. But why do I? Is it because sometimes that is all you can do.
People of today are hermits at best and that makes it difficult to live life to the fullest. I sometimes wish for a blackout just so I can understand darkness and light. I would like to have just enough money to learn how to build my own house and move out in the wilderness and live off the land. Live life to the fullest so when you die you can say I LIVED and die without regrets.
