As a former bartender, I pride myself on creating quirky concoctions. I have a less is more theory on drinking. By that I mean, it should only take one drink to give you that warm and fuzzy feeling all over! This beautiful cocktail I created for a lounge in an airport. Not only will it look elegant in your hand, this crowd pleaser will go down like silk. So buckle your seat belt, put your tray in its upright position, and prepare for take off with this high flying cocktail!
Ingredients
1.5 ounce Midori
1.5 ounce Pravda Vodka
.75 ounce Blue Curacao
1ounce Berry Liqueur (any berry flavor)
.5 ounce Triple Sec Liqueur
.5 ounce Sweet-n-sour
.5 ounce to 1 ounce Bacardi Rum 151(float)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Bacardi 151 in a Martini Shaker with crushed ice and shake it baby! (Remember chilled ingredients work better for any drink shaken over ice.) Pour into large chilled martini glass. Float Bacardi 151 by gently pouring the shot over a maraschino cherry while holding the stem. Drop cherry in glass. If you need to liven up your party get out the matches and light that baby!
