Tom Collins: Betty’s Poison
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce sugar
1-1/2 ounces of gin
Lemon slices
Mix sugar, juice, and gin over ice in mixing glass. Stir, strain over cocktail glass, with ice and top it off with club soda. Garnish with lemon.

Nutmeg

1-1/2 ounce of bourbon
One cherry
One orange slice
One lemon wedge

One slice lime
