Mexican Corn Dip

Need a simple recipe that everyone will beg you to bring to any party you attend? This is it!

One can yellow corn, drained
One can white corn, drained
One block cream cheese (8 ounces)
One can Rotel (I prefer milder, but I’m a wimp)
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Put the cream cheese in the bottom of a small dipper slow cooker or oven-safe baking dish. Pour corns and Rotel over the top and sprinkle with garlic powder. Either slow-cook on high for an hour or two; bake in the oven at 350° F for half an hour; or put in the microwave for a few minutes. Stir well to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.

It’s kind of a weird color, but the taste is divine!
