An all enticing condiment that goes well with most entrees ... Hell, it’s even good by itself!
Guacamole
Six ripe avocados (peeled, de-seeded, and diced)
Two Roma tomatoes (diced)
One small red onion (diced)
1 heaping tablespoon fresh cilantro (minced)
Two pickled jalapeno peppers (de-seeded and minced)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
One mixing bowl
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and fold together gently, but thoroughly (you don’t want to bruise the avocados).
2. Cover with Saran Wrap (make sure it’s airtight) and chill three hours before serving.
3. Guacamole is a basic, simple recipe full of zestful, vibrant flavor that will please the palate!
