Shrimp Chowder

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 kilo shrimps, shelled and deveined
1 can Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk (370 milliliters)
2 tablespoons garlic
1 cup chopped onion
5 cups water
2 pieces of chicken, cubed
4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
2 cups cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

Sauté butter or margarine, garlic, onions, and shrimp. Set aside. In the same pan, boil water. Add chicken cubes, cheese, and potatoes. Let boil for a few minutes. Season to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Ahh, worth it's weight in gold! This chowder will stick to your ribs, as Grandma use to say. Got everything in it I love to chow down on (no pun intended).
