Sauerkraut Chicken

Mom’s Sauerkraut Chicken:

Four boneless and skinless chicken breasts
One can of sauerkraut, drained
One small bottle of Thousand Island dressing
Four slices of Swiss cheese

Lay chicken in a nine-inch by thirteen-inch baking dish, which has been lightly sprayed with Pam or another cooking spray. Top the chicken with sauerkraut and dressing, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for forty minutes. Remove from the oven and top with cheese. Bake for an additional ten to fifteen minutes with the aluminum foil off.

You can serve this with homemade mashed potatoes and salad.

Yummmmm! Sounds great. I've recently been able to persuade my 17 y.o. son to try his first Ruben and he found out he loves sauerkraut. Can't wait to try this one one him. Thanks for the post!!
