Super Easy Family-Friendly Chicken Dinner!

My husband loves this chicken and it’s the easiest thing to do. We just call it chicken and potatoes. You’ll need the following:

Boneless, skinless chicken breast (preferably strips, however much you’ll need for your family)
Yukon gold or small red potatoes cut into bit sized chunks (however many you need)
Cherry or grape tomatoes (half of half a pint is plenty)
One medium sized yellow onion coarsely chopped
Olive oil spray
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic Powder

1. Preheat the oven to 400 ºF. Toss the chicken and potatoes in the seasonings and olive oil to coat.
2. Cover a baking sheet with generous amount of foil. Lay chicken, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes on the baking sheet and pull the sides over the top to create a tent.
3. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

Easy and delicious!
