Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 2 small teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 ounces sugar
  • A little vanilla extract
  • Two eggs
  • 2-1/2 sticks butter


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together by hand.
  2. Chill dough overnight.
  3. The next day, let dough sit at room temperature for a while, then roll it out thin.
  4. Use whatever cookie cutter forms you desire, or press dough through a cookie machine.
  5. Bake cookies for about fifteen minutes or so.
