Ingredients:
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 2 small teaspoons baking powder
- 5 ounces sugar
- A little vanilla extract
- Two eggs
- 2-1/2 sticks butter
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together by hand.
- Chill dough overnight.
- The next day, let dough sit at room temperature for a while, then roll it out thin.
- Use whatever cookie cutter forms you desire, or press dough through a cookie machine.
- Bake cookies for about fifteen minutes or so.
