This is my new favorite (and healthy) breakfast. I hope you’ll try it.
- Vanilla yogurt
- Hemp protein powder (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 banana
- Handful of walnut pieces
Scoop the amount of yogurt you like into a bowl. Mix in the hemp powder with your spoon. Slice the banana over the top, then toss on the walnuts.
This is a filling breakfast full of fiber, protein, EFA’s, along with potassium and calcium. Keeps me full all morning.
