Christmas Time Without You

Matt is getting so tall and next month he will be sixteen. Friend, he misses you so dearly. I did not realize the impact you being gone would have on him. It’s been rocky, but what have we always said; “what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.” I try to tell myself that it will get easier, but most days it just doesn’t seem possible. So many things I want to share with you. Matt also finally got his name legally changed to mine. YEAH! It’s official. Well friend, I must go for now. I love you, miss you and pray for your soul every day. We will meet again, at heaven’s gate and you will have to bribe God to let me in. Just remind him how much fun we had here on earth and how it would only be appropriate to be skipping rocks and skipping rope, laughing at all my best friends jokes. Love you and God Bless
