Here Come the Superheroes

She’ll kick me in the ass to get me moving too—she is my # 1 go to personal superhero. She is also my favorite person for comic relief—she can make any situation funny, and has done so … two other people are my loving and nurturing superheroes—my wife, Kim and my mother. Both are ALWAYS there for me and give un-judging, unconditional support. If you don’t have this kind of support in your life, do everything you can to acquire it. I have several others, including James, my son Danny, and my friend Liz—all of who are there for me at the drop of a dime.

So, go ahead and pull together three, four, or even ten of your best and must trusted compadres, and build your personal gang of superheroes—the people that will support you to be your best in 2008. The demands of your job, school, family pressures, you name it, will undoubtedly still be there next year, but when you no longer need to face these things alone, tomorrow actually seems quite a bit brighter, don’t you think?
