I know I said I was going to do everything in my powers to love you without bringing up what has happened. But deep down inside there are some things I just can’t let go so easily. Help me Rose. Help me to find a way through this without totally losing my mind.”

“Honey, you’ve never left my heart. You’ve always been there. Let’s just trust in what we’ve built together over the years. That should be our point of reference. No one or nothing can take that away from us.”

Still sitting beside her with his eyes fixed on the carpet. Out of the haze of his despair he lifted himself up as he reached into his back pocket and pulled out his wallet. As he proceeded to finger through it, he pulled out a small, neatly folded piece of paper.

“I’ve got a copy of an article written by this inspiring writer. He is giving his interpretation of a woman. Would you like to hear it?”
