Your Favorite Dad Memory

My favorite memories of my dad are the days he took me to see Cincinnati Reds baseball games. The Reds weren't much to watch in those days (and still aren't), but those games were where I first figured out that baseball games are a great place to actually sit and have a conversation with someone. In fact, they're still my favorite dates to this day - you really get to know someone when you spend nine innings with them! It didn't hurt that he let me have hot dogs loaded with chili, cheese, and onions, lots of sugary drinks, and of course, ice cream sandwiches - all the things I wasn't allowed to have at home. I wish he were still around so I could take him to a Giants game. He would've loved the view - not to mention the garlic fries!
