13. The gym [but not yours]. Spend each Saturday at a different gym. Take advantage of the free guest passes that are always available to prospective new members. A change of scenery can get you through the hardest of workouts.
14. Spread the message. That’s right sometimes the people closest too us know us better than anyone. Make sure everyone you meet knows you are single and always up for being social. Don’t discount anyone, because you never know who you will meet along the way.
15. Find out how Mozart found music. What to do when you computer crashes. Or, where Donald Trump made his first million! Along the way, you may also find a guy to share your interest. There’s nothing like passing a note in night class to a handsome stranger.
16. The best way to a man’s heart is thru his stomach, but that’s doesn’t mean you have to spend one minute in the kitchen. Check out the express lane at any gourmet grocery store [like Whole Foods or Trader Joes]. The single guys are usually the ones with a prepared meal in hand!
17. Saturday or Sunday mornings at the Home Depot, Lowe’s or Best Buy. (don’t worry about buying something, just wander the aisles, what you are looking for you won’t find on any shelf).
18. Be a kid, or bring yours along. Single parents groups are a great way to connect. You will already have something you love in common, your children.
