Five Things Men Don’t Want in a Dream Girl

By: Linx Dating (View Profile)

4. Not confident, not assertive, does not have her own opinion
Men do not like a woman who is spineless. Nothing is sexier than a woman who has her own opinions and is a strong, confident, independent adult. This does not mean arguing for the sake of creating an argument with guy’s ala a litigator. It means holding your own ground and being confident enough to have your own opinions and not be scared to speak out when you do not agree.

5. Too needy financially
Linx has witnessed many relationships that dissolve because the female is not financially independent. It is critical to not be dependent on a gentleman's bank account. The guy who offers to always buy you things, pay your rent, buy you a car will only RESENT it later. This is the truth. Allow a gentleman to treat you to things here and there but do not "expect" or dare "ask for it." In the beginning guys act they like helping you out but again, they will despise that you do not have your own financial situation established. Remember, you are independent in every way!! This is one of the major rules of attraction!!

You mean to say, author, that curvy, emotional, scared, mildly unhealthy women never are never truly loved? yeah right. Besides from culture to culture beauty is different!!! Tribes in the amazon pierce their lower lip with a tree stump and this is beautiful to them. Women go to practician to have their breasts slit open and stuffed with plastic. To some this is beautiful. Basically what you mean to say in this article, author, is that this is what YOU want in a "dream girl." Have fun trying to find her, and if you do, what if she doesn't want you??!

Are you serious? This is the stupidest list I've ever seen, and straight from the 1950's. I suppose the perfect woman wears pearls while she vacuums, bakes perfect chocolate chip cookies, and lets you do her sister on the side, too, right?

Grace -- I don't think the author is saying that you have to change everything about yourself to meet someone... obviously no one is perfect. But it wouldn't hurt to pay attention, once in awhile, to how you are perceived. Sad as it may be, we are ALL somewhat judgmental, whether we want to admit it or not, and it might be smart to do some internal evaluation and think about how you come off, especially if you want to meet someone and be given a chance to show your real colors. Eventually, a great relationship will only come if someone accepts you, warts and all. But you have to get your "foot in the door first." And it would be naive and self-righteous to assume that you are just naturally the solution to someone's problem and that early impressions play no role.
