Kiss Your Mad Spot

I have yet, though been able to proceed if hubby has unfortunately thrown that line at me, “Kiss your mad spot.” That really stops me in my tracks of returning blessings for curses. Maybe in another decade or two I will be able to pull it off. For now, I would be happy with being able to pull it together enough to fake a smile and plant a kiss on his face. Do you know what I do now when he gives me that line? I punch his arm! No lie. I punch his arm! Do you know what he does when I punch his arm? He totally cracks up! Totally. He thinks it is the most hilarious thing. It sure wouldn’t be kind to rob him of that joy, now would it? LOL! He loves to get me to the point of being beyond myself. Typical male-like teasing in action. But, one day, I am going to turn adoring eyes in his direction and say, “I love you. Here is your kiss, my mad spot!” and plant one right on him!
