Sick and Tired but Can’t Escape!

By: Mizizdiva (View Profile)

That day with out as much as a goodbye to him, I moved into the shelter in June of 1999. Things were good for me and my daughter for the next three years, we had our ups and downs but we always came out on top. My husband came home from jail in 2001, we had our son in 2002 and we were married in 2004, at first things were good, then he started gambling. My husband is abusive in every way imaginable mentally, physically, emotionally, FINANCIALLY, socially, and verbally. My husband puts his addiction before me and our children and if I mention our financial situation he becomes very verbally and physically abusive.
