I lost my children to the State of Maine on December 22, 2004. I had no help and no means for a lawyer. A court appointed attorney who did not do his job very well. The school system was against me, the Department of Human Services had stacks of papers saying that I was unfit and unstable. There were lies told by the state as well as the school. I survived and I am now in a healthy, strong relationship. I hope to continue my story.
