Organic Baby

The great thing is that babies really only need pureed food for a few months. By the time they reach their first birthdays, they can eat most table food that you cut up into small pieces for them. In a few short years, you may find yourself sitting across the table from your child at McDonald’s (which, by the way, offers organic milk in some European markets) watching her scarf down a box full of chicken nuggets and fries and wondering why you bothered making your own organic baby food, but  at least you’ll know you got her off to a good start while you were completely in control of her diet.

Good for you! I tried this back in the 1980's when organic was more associated with the hippies and communal living than with modern day nutrition. My grown son is a very healthy adult and continues to eat healthy most of the time.
It feels good to write.
