To me, cooking is a spiritual experience...in the sense that you take basic elements of the food chain, combine, add, season, cook, ending with a culinary creation that brings joy to those with whom you share. As an artist with brushstrokes of paint upon canvas, a musician performing notes of a song, a doctor healing the ill, all are interconnected in the grand design of existence. A sense of purpose, making a difference, enabling the spirit to enhance one's own soul, bringing forth the finest qualities of freewill.
