You have already saved yourself hundreds of dollars by cutting out some unnecessary grocery items and by integrating your saved gym dollars, which makes you ahead of the game!

Tip: Try taking a mental picture of the before and after of the grocery cart and what it looked like from the time that you used to do your shopping to the healthier one. Or look at some of the shoppers that pass by and see how healthy or unhealthy their eating habits are. Compare and see for yourself!

Believe it or not, you will start to see the difference in your grocery receipts when you opt for healthier food choices and you will see your self get thinner while your wallet gets fatter.
