I am a horrible breakfast skipper and I have been trying hard to stop eating after 7pm and thus now wake up ready and eager for breakfast and am less likely to binge in the afternoons. A friend told me, that whenever her coach in high school wanted his wrestlers to PUT ON weight he would tell them to skip breakfast. because the hunger it created in them ultimately made them put on the pounds.
