The Hidden Truth Behind Hotel Drinking Glasses

Oh god, this is horrifying, but not news to me... I worked at a Sheraton Hotel in catering for a few months and was part of a n incident I'll never forget... We had a giant party going on in the main event room and there was coffee being served. It was my job to set out the coffee cups for others to fill up and serve to the guests. For the most part, I just carried the trays without paying attention; however, I noticed a few cups had noticeable brown stains in them, as if they hadn't been properly washed. I picked at them and they were flaky, so I pointed this out to my manager and asked if we should send them back to the dishwashers. Her answer? "Oh, don't worry about it. It's dark in the room, they won't notice." ...I've never stayed at that hotel and most certainly don't plan on doing so. It was a disgusting experience.

You tell 'em Erica...I know I don't want to be drinking out of the tolit, don't they realize that is exactly what they will be doing. These germs are called germs for a reason folks. Your immune system can only handle so much before your body will start to shut down AND YOU END UP IN THE HOSPITAL...if you think your system is that mighty, just go take a sip of tolit water with a clean class and see how long before your stomach stays nutral. Then tell us your immune system can handle it.

for all of you who are saying "that is why we have an immune system for, get over it" well educate yourselves! windex does not kill hep a, b , and definetly not C! not to mention ecolli, flesh eating baccteria, hiv, should i go on? get yourselves to a nearest disease education class. and the next time you are infected with something just ask your doctor for a shot of windex and toilet water! you have an immune system right?

We have immune systems for a reason. We have a Health Code for a reason too! I can live with drinking out of a glass washed with Windex and dried on a hand towel that I used to dry my hands. I have to draw the line at the fact that she's cleaning the toilet and then wearing the same gloves to wash the glass. Even if I was doing the job for $7 an hour, I have more respect for my fellow human being than to risk their health in that particular manner.

This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my entire life. You have an immune system FOR A REASON.
